Have been a customer of Savile Lane for over 10 years. Cindy and her team are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the custom shirts, suits & sport coats. If you have never purchased custom clothes you won't believe how well they fit compared to buying clothes off the rack. The prices are also very fair compared to their competition. I strongly recommend!

With everything going on with COVID-19, I was scrambling to find somewhere to get a suit for my wedding day. As luck would have it, I read some good reviews about Cindy and everyone at Savile Lane and they opened up just in time! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and made my experience one to remember. They even gave me a pour of bourbon while I was picking out my suit! The whole process took about 2 weeks. I went in initially to pick out a shirt and suit and got measured, then both items were ordered and shipped in. I went in a second time to put on the suit and for Cindy to make any final adjustments needed before tailoring. I went in one last time for a final fitting and everything came out perfectly. They even hooked me up with a free tie! I can't say enough how much I appreciated the work done at Savile Lane. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will be going back to them any time I need a new suit.

Excellent customer service. Cindy was so great to work with. My husband's suit is wonderful and looks so great on him. He loves the shirts too. We are extremely happy with your purchases and will be back many more times in the near future.

I've been fortunate to have several trousers, sport coats, and suits created at Savile Lane. Exceptional, exceptional, exceptional service. No way will you find a better experience in this state! If you have style and want it done right, contact Cindy. I'm very happy with my purchases and look forward to going back again! Enjoyed every second of working with Savile Lane! I needed two suits back in 48 hours and they got the job done to perfection. There wasn’t a time when I couldn’t get in contact with them and they communicated every step of the way! If you’re looking for a quality suit with even better service this is the place to go! Will definitely be back.

Wow is an understatement!!! Cindy and her team are without a doubt the most talented individuals I have ever had the pleasure of working with!!! I had my custom suit made with them for my wedding back in July and the detail in the suit was absolutely perfect! Cindy also made it very easy for my groomsmen to get fitted for suits even though three of them lived out of state. We were so blessed to find Cindy and her staff as wedding preparation is a very stressful time! We will definitely be back and recommend Savile Lane to anyone in need of great quality clothing and custom tailoring! Thank you so much!

Savile Lane will do whatever it takes to ensure that your needs are met and that you leave as a satisfied customer. I went to this store to purchase a quality suit with a perfect fit. When I received back the suit after initial alterations, there was a slight problem with the collar - something most people would not notice - but not a perfect fit. Needing the suit for a wedding, Cindy told me to take it and wear it (requiring only my initial deposit) and she ordered another suit that she thought would be a better fit. The second suit fit perfectly. I could not have asked for more consideration for my needs or better service.

I've bought 5 suits through Savile Lane. The suits look fantastic & I receive frequent compliments. What really shines about Savile Lane is their customer service. The people are great and they will absolutely work with you to make sure you are happy with your suit. I'm a bigger guy (6'5" 250#) and need extra attention in fitting a suit properly. They took a great deal of time working with me to ensure my suits fit properly. Can't recommend this place enough.

We had a wonderful first experience a few weeks ago and cannot recommend this shop enough. My husband needed a new suit (last minute!) and the staff were exceptional. There were several suit options to choose from, tailoring was impeccable and the friendliness and professionalism of the owner and employee were second to none. We highly recommend and will shop there in the future.
